The staff was friendly and helpful, the location was ideal, and the rooftop terrace offered a fantastic view of the city. The small kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable with luxurious cotton sheets. a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the Hamburg Altona train station. It's super convenient if you want to explore the city or catch a train to the airport. Plus, you can easily reach the city center either by taking an e-step or hopping on the S-Bahn.
The staff at the reception seemed inexperienced and unfriendly at times. It would have been nice if they explained the concept of the hotel, such as the limited cleaning service and towel change, during check-in.

This hotel was an amazing experience. the location was convenient and offered plenty of nearby amenities. the staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. the private facilities in the room were top-notch and luxurious. the Sun terrace with beach umbrellas was an exclusive bonus that we enjoyed. the outdoor dining area was also a nice touch, and the overall accommodations exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and organized, and we felt like royalty during our entire stay.
There was one minor issue, which we found to be slightly uncomfortable and disruptive. the loft bed was not long enough and may cause discomfort for taller individuals.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, being very close to the Altona train station. This made it convenient for us to explore the city using the S-Bahn. the hotel was close to many shopping centers, great to easily indulge in some retail therapy. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the staff were helpful and friendly. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette in our studio with everything we needed to prepare our own meals. the hotel facilities were great.
